Ten of us headed to Norfolk Broads for the Bank Holiday - organised by Arnie. We picked up our 'cruisers' at Martham and then made our way on water to Great Yarmouth. It was a well chilled out time with great company made even better by the fantastic weather - more than we could have hoped for with all the rain of late. We only had a few close encounters with fellow cruisers and escaped untouched except for a lot of mossie bites and Marcus and myself were stung by wasps but lived to tell the tale. Travelled home Monday and then had a few beers to close of the weekend at the Farmhouse with Arnie - didn't last too long though as we were all completely worn out. FANTASTIC TRIP - Big thanks again to Arnie for sorting it all out!! |
